In other words, the problem doesn&#8217;t  always resolve to your computer but another. ISP&#8217;s work by connecting your computer to the Internet which is really just a series of computers interconnected.</p>
<p>Intertwined  throughout these networks are hubs or vital nodes that control where  the traffic is headed and where data packets should be sent. Knowing  every vital Internet node providers mistakes is one way of diagnosing  the problem because lets face it, we all make mistakes as do our ISP&#8217;s.</p>
<p>A  common mistake comes about through digging in under water sea beds  where the cables or series of tubes connecting the Internet become  broken. If this vital node is one of the many that connect your computer  to websites located overseas, it just isn&#8217;t possible; which is why from  time to time you&#8217;re unable to access websites outside of Australia.</p>
<p>Of  course, these vital nodes are also located in and around Australia  which further limits your own Internet connection. It is hoped one day  that these nodes will no longer be needed and that computers will just  be able to route around the broken parts and carry on the transfer of  data. Until that day, it&#8217;s looks like we&#8217;re stuck with it but knowing  every vital Internet node provider mistakes make is the only way we will  learn.</p>
